HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, is seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Specialist - Residential Development to lead sales, rentals, and marketing for a luxury residential development. The successful candidate will oversee all sales aspects, develop marketing strategies, and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and industry partners.
Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities, market trends, and potential clients.
Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and conduct property presentations and site tours.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in both sales and rentals (short-term and long-term).
Build and maintain a structured sales pipeline, monitor sales performance, and report key metrics to senior management.
Develop and manage marketing content, including social media management, promotional materials, and advertising campaigns.
Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and industry stakeholders.
Coordinate with the property management team to ensure that all units are well maintained, clean, and presentable for showings.
Provide feedback to management to continuously improve sales strategies, customer experience, and marketing approaches.
Collaborate with the technical team to stay updated on project developments, pricing, and availability.
Ensure full compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
4+ years of proven work experience in residential real estate sales, preferably in luxury developments.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong digital marketing and social media management skills.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to confidently engage with high-net-worth individuals while remaining professional and approachable.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive.
Management experience is an added advantage.
