flySunBird is local aviation registered company providing helicopter services dealing with different clients in different industries. Currently, it is looking for Sales Support Officer who is self-motivated, committed, result driven and self-motivated to work with the company.
The role of Sales Support Officer involves assisting the sales team by handling administrative tasks, managing customer inquiries, and supporting sales operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient processes for sales related activity
Qualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
Knowledge of the hospitality and/or aviation industry is an advantage
Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluency in Swahili and a working proficiency in English
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, or other channels.
Managing reservations, quotations, and payments.
Providing information about services, and policies.
Assisting with booking changes and cancellations.
Sales Support:
Preparing and maintaining sales documentation, such as quotes, proposals, and contracts.
Following up with potential clients after quotes to close sales.
Assisting with sales strategies and initiatives.
Managing and analyzing sales data.
Optimizing CRM systems.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintaining customer records and databases.
Managing sales leads.
Ensuring compliance with regulations.
Other:
Providing support to internal teams, such as ground staff and customer service.
Contributing to the smooth operations of the sales area.
Job Location: Tanzania Mainland and Zanzibar
