Wananchi Cable Tanzania Limited (WCTL) is part of the Wananchi Group and one of East Africa's leading broadband Internet service providers.
We are looking for a Sales Team Leader Fiber (Arusha) who will work independently to make new sales. He/she will be reporting to Head Of Sales Zuku Fiber TZ.
Key Roles:
Prepare plans and viable strategies for the achievement of set budget sales targets.
Monitor the performance of the team assigned and ensure market penetration growth
Retaining existing clients to develop repeat business relationships and maximize revenue M1-M3 decay targets
Collect, analyze and communicate plans for market & competitor intelligence for business improvement To lead, develop, continuously train and motivate the sales team to ensure professional service deliverance & presentation
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing or Business Administration
Prior Experience in Sales team leadership role for at least 2 years. is an added advantage
Customer Life cycle management
CS certification
