HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, we are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Security Manager who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing security policies, procedures, and systems to safeguard company assets, personnel, and operations.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement security strategies, policies, and procedures to protect company assets, information, and personnel.
Oversee and manage day-to-day security operations across all company sites and facilities.
Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits, recommending improvements where necessary.
Manage and supervise security personnel, including recruitment, training, deployment, and performance evaluation.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry-specific security standards.
Investigate security breaches, theft, and other incidents, preparing detailed reports with corrective measures.
Develop and manage the department’s security budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Lead awareness campaigns and training to promote a strong security culture among employees.

Qualifications:

Certificate in Security Management, Law Enforcement, Criminology, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of progressive experience
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
Must have undergone and successfully completed JKT/JKU training.
