JOB PURPOSEThe position will be responsible for banking and cash management. As Senior Accounts Executive Treasury you will be responsible for the support of Mobile and MFS business, banking relationships management, cash management, cash flow forecasting, accounting for the business operations, improving internal control environment around treasury, streamlining treasury process to harvest efficiency and value adding, ensuring business continuity, attracting return to organization’s investment while managing risk exposures.Responsibilities IncludeUnderstand, manage and supervise all aspect of Mobile and MFS business.Develop, implement and review key treasury processes including banking relationship, sales to collect, risk management, operations manual procedures, and cash management and forecasting.Collections management by reviewing and approving sales to collection process, confirmations of deposits and approving receipts in the sales system for both Mobile and MFS tigopesa businessManagement of branch collections by making sure cashiers deposit collections in time and reconciled with bank statementCash Management functions including ensuring bank reconciliations and tigopesa wallets are timely performed, reviewed and approved, releasing payments from payment system (Citi direct), making sure sufficient availability of cash balance before releasing payments.Also making proper allocations of cash between bank accounts based on interest income rate, foreign exchange business factors and risk allocation.Making proper accounting for loans and loans classifications, interest calculations and accruals, proper accounting for all collections, Interest income and chargesPreparing detailed monthly Cash flow and cash flow forecast, this include forecast for loans covenants and any financing need and excess CashReviewing of dealers and branch accounts and making sure sales and collections are recorded in time, follow up for any outstanding balancesForeign exchange risk management by ensuring all collections are kept in US dollar except for balances to meet local currency obligations, converted on the best market rate available.Revaluing the balance sheet accounts denominated in other currencies other than TZSChampioning on project evolving treasury to bring efficiency and add value ( i.e. processes re-engineering and automationEnsure excellent banking relationship between MIC TZ and existing banksEnsure smooth business support and business continuity is available at all times.Ensuring the existence and effective working of internal control environment at all times.Ensure compliance with the Group Treasury Policy on risk management both on mobile and MFS tigopesa business.Motivate, Growing and retain direct reporting that they can achieve their full potential and career growth.Qualification And ExperienceThree years’ experience in financial management in a bank, Audit firm or senior level accountant.
