Senior Audit Associates
HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, is seeking a qualified and motivated Senior Audit Associates who will take a lead role in audit assignments, ensure compliance with audit standards, and support client engagements by providing guidance to junior team members.
Responsibilities:
Produce reports that highlight key audit issues and risks, and provide practical and actionable solutions.
Supervise, coach, and develop junior team members to strengthen team capability and performance.
Ensure strict adherence to internal audit methodologies, risk management protocols, and external regulatory requirements.
Advise clients on selecting appropriate accounting information systems and effectively managing financial information.
Complete and maintain comprehensive audit files in accordance with audit procedures and standards.
Prepare tax statements in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education).
One or more relevant professional certifications (CPA or ACCA), or in advanced stages of completion.
Minimum of 1 year of recent work experience as an auditor at a public accounting firm (internship experience acceptable).
Solid understanding of basic business, technology, and audit principles or standards.
Proficiency in audit tools and Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
Strong ability to conduct team training and deliver presentations effectively.
