SENIOR AUDITORINDUSTRY: AUDITINGLOCATION: ZANZIBARHR WORLD on behalf of our reputable client in auditing industry, we are looking for a Senior Auditor who will be responsible in Supporting the planning, execution and delivery of assurance engagements with high quality for our clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
Be an active part of the audit team in all stages of the audit processes.
Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating managers on progress.
Support, coordinate and train junior colleagues.
Completing a variety of areas of audit work which includes the identification of issues, analysis of data, articulation of findings and the ability to draw informed conclusions.
Assist in preparing reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties.
Ensure work is delivered in a timely manner and in compliance with our high standard requirements.
Ensure that you and the audit team’s documentation - from planning to completion of an Audit, meet of firm standards and regulatory standards.
Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel.
Manage and solve occurring ad-hoc problems.
Identify and communicate relevant trends, developments and key performance drivers relevant to the client and its industry.
QUALIFICATIONS;
Bachelor’s Degree in economics (specialization in finance and accounting is an added advantage).
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in audit.
Great understanding and usage of any audit software.
Strong written and verbal communications skills in English .
Experience with IFRS / IPSAS.
Experience with Audit Standards.
Experience of working with Audit Software particularly CASEWARE.
