SENIOR EXECUTIVE ASSISTANTINDUSTRY: OIL AND GASHR World Ltd on behalf of our reputable client we’re looking for a Senior Execuive Assistant to the Managing Director who is required to work closely with the MD and dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks in support of the MD’s office.
RESPONSIBILITIES;

Provide administrative, secretarial as well as Office Management support to the Managing Director
Screening local and international calls enquiries and request and handling them where appropriate.
Receiving incoming mails and posts addressed to the Managing Director and make sure they receive appropriate attention and priority.
Dealing with correspondence and writing letters, emails as the Managing Director may direct.
Handle all documents, files and maintain a sound filing system for ease of information retrievals.
Manage visitors and maintain Managing Director Calendar.
Manage travel and meeting arrangements including tickets, visas, travel advances etc.
Provide prudent linkage between the Managing Director Office and other departments, business partners and government institution and communities at large.

QUALIFICATIONS;

Bachelor’s Degree in Office Management/ Executive Secretarial or its equivalent.
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience with International Organization will be an added advantage.
Good command of Computer Skills and Solid experience with office management systems.
Strong communication skills (via phone, email and in-person)
Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
