Position Overview
We are recruiting a seasoned Senior Sales Professional with a strong track record in the insurance industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business, managing corporate client relationships, and delivering consistent revenue growth. Candidates may come from either an insurance company or an insurance broker background, provided they bring proven commercial expertise and hands-on sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development: Actively identify, pursue, and secure new corporate insurance clients.
Client Portfolio Management: Leverage an existing portfolio of corporate clients to generate business and expand opportunities.
Relationship Building: Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring retention and long-term growth.
Corporate Insurance Expertise: Provide tailored solutions for corporate insurance needs, avoiding retail, life, or medical segments.
Revenue Growth: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through practical strategies and execution.


Candidate Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in insurance sales with measurable success.
Sales Track Record: Proven ability to generate new business and achieve revenue goals.
Client Portfolio: Established book of corporate clients and business relationships.
Retention Skills: Demonstrated ability to retain and grow existing accounts.
Commercial Skills: Strong negotiation, business development, and relationship management skills.
Corporate Focus: Hands-on experience dealing with corporate insurance clients.
