Lead, coach, and develop Branch Operations Managers and branch operations teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
8+ years' banking experience, including 5+ years in a senior operations role.
Strong knowledge of branch operations, risk, and compliance.
Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
