He/she will responsible for advising on monitoring and supervision activities related to projects assigned to him/herKey Responsibilities1.       Ensure loan documentation is complete and that all conditions precedent are met prior to disbursement of funds.2.       Ensure loan funds are used by project promoters for purpose approved by the bank3.       Confirm the technical specifications of the proposed plant and machinery to meet the objectives of the project4.       Ensure the implementation time schedules are adhered to5.       Visit projects sites and preparing call reports6.       Preparing periodic reports on performance of projects and defaulters7.       Follow up on the payment of all loans8.       Ensure the security pledged to the bank do not deteriorate9.       Provide continuous feedback on the performance of borrowers and identify actual or potential problems early so that timely adjustments to project operations can be made.10.   Ensure operating and financial performance of each project is adequately assessed, early warning signals identified and corrective measures taken in a timely fashion11.   Perform any other related duties as may be assigned from time to time by the SupervisorQualifications, Knowledge, and ExperienceEssential1.       Must possess a bachelor degree in business administration, Economic, Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Building Economics, Land Management and valuation, Real Estate Studies, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines from a recognized Universit/Institution2.       Minimum of 5 years experience in financial institution or any reputable institution3.       Excellent written and communication skills both in English and Kiswahili languages4.       Analytical and report writing skills5.       Excellent developed interpersonal and organizational skills6.       Must be a team player, very self-motivated and able to manage and prioritize workload with minimum supervision7.       Must be a computer literatePreferred1.       Knowledge of project appraisal and financial analysis.2.       Ability to carry out project monitoring and fund management.3.       Ability to interpret financial statements4.       Possession of credit appraisal skills5.       Knowledge of banking products6.       Skills in sales and customer servicesMode of ApplicationQualifying candidates should apply in writing to or lodge their application to the address below, enclosing1.       An application letter showing how they meet the post’s requirements2.       Comprehensive curriculum vitae3.       Copies of relevant certificates and awards4.       Contact address including telephone number(s) and/or email address if available5.       Names and full addresses of three refereesManaging DirectorTIB Development BankMlimani City Office ParkSam Nujoma Road, UbungoP.O Box 9373Dar es SalaamEmail: md@tib.co.tz
