SERVICE CENTRE COORDINATORINDUSTRY: MANUFACTURINGLOCATION: MWANZAHR World Limited on behalf of our client we are looking for a Service Centre Coordinator who will support Sales and Admin functions within the Service center. To coordinate between Sales, Production (including DSM) and Dispatch to efficiently service customer orders.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
To manage the overall day to day operations, ensuring the Service Centre is kept in proper condition and compliant with all statutory and company policies
Monitor to ensure Customer Service functions are carried out on time and accurately.
Liaise with Dispatch officer to ensure compliance of stocking matrix of Coils, sheets and accessories
Receive customer feedback and complaints, liaise with concerned departments, and follow up to ensure closure
Manage customer goods return as per policy
Ensure report is reconciled before close of business daily and sent to DSM
To be the custodian of all company assets and inventory at the Service Centre
Arrange and coordinate monthly/annual stock counts and ensure zero variance
Assist in marketing activities, participation in trade fares/ exhibitions, when necessary
Manpower supervision of outsourced staff
QUALIFICATIONS;
Higher Diploma/Undergraduate Degree in Business Management or equivalent
Atleast 3-5 years of experience
Excellent customer service
Good communication and listening skills
MS Office Excel competency
