SimbaNET is part of Wananchi Group and a leading Internet and data solutions providers in Tanzania & East Africa. 
We are looking for a Service Delivery & Quality Assurance Supervisor. The candidate will oversee quality assurance for Service Delivery on both B2B and B2C operations. This candidate will ensure SD adherence to turnaround times (TAT) and service level agreement (SLAs). He/She will be reporting to Infrastructure, Maintenance and QC Manager. 
JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Closely manage contractor Service Delivery performance, efficiency, cost and accountability. 
Ensure Service Delivery quality control is in adherence to the QC guidelines and standards. 
Work with Commercial, Sales and Customer Experience teams in efforts to increase service penetration, quality and retention. 
Ensure thorough scrutiny on Subscriber Installations and Maintenance quality of work, customer experience, SLA and TATS enforcement tracking. 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 

Team management and leadership with excellent presentation and communication skills. 
Hands on training on fiber optic FTTx, outside plant design, installation and splicing best practices. 
Certified Fiber Optic Technician (CFOT). 

EDUCATION 

B.Sc. in Telecommunications, Computer Science or IT. 
CCNA / JNCIA certifications are added advantage.
