HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, is seeking a Site Advisor to analyze problems and opportunities, recommend sales strategies, and generate new business. This role provides onsite support, guidance, and expertise to customers, ensuring high efficiency in CAT equipment performance. The Site Advisor will advise on best practices and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Analyze problems/opportunities and recommend sales strategies to improve sales efforts.
Implement actions of the quarterly Site Advisor marketing and coverage plan.
Cover all areas and segments through visits and upgrade the Market diversity scope.
Apply Technical/operational Guidance visits and upgrade the Market diversity scope across all areas and segments.
Analyze and report significant competitive activities affecting sales & Market.
Verify Competitor's on-ground strengths and weaknesses.
Provide Technical expertise to assist PSSRs in their sales efforts.
Track and close open opportunities with the Team & End-user from Field Visits.
Work with End-User Training Departments to improve Service & operational awareness.
Work with End-User Training Departments to improve Product support customer awareness (“Seminars”).
Develop and maintain detailed information concerning usage and practices.
Develop and maintain detailed pricing information to compete in the market.
Conduct field follow-up and field tests on company products.
Submit Competitive Parts Reports and general competitive information about competitors.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
5+ years of experience
Ability to develop and execute business promotional plans
Strong presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Salesforce desirable (training provided)
