Site Engineer / Project Manager
Location: At project site (Upcountry region)
Experience Required: 5 - 7 years in construction / project management
Preferred Candidate: Male
Salary: TZS 3,000,000 (Gross)
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all site construction activities.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
Prepare progress reports and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site challenges.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Proven track record in managing construction projects (5-7 years).
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in remote project sites.
