Job Purpose
To be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing social enterprise strategies based on organization goals and objectives with the main goal to support organizational sustainability and accelerate growth by conducting periodic market research and analysis that will help to inform the development of business plans for commercial opportunities and provide overall leadership of the team on the product sales and distribution.
Job Qualifications / Experience
Prior leadership experience preferably at the Director level in a highly commercial organization would be appreciated.
Possession of a bachelor's degree in business administration or any business-related field preferred An advanced degree or Master's is an added advantage or any commercial professional certification. Strong background and work experience in FMCG business/Business management/entrepreneurship
Develop, plan, and implement social enterprise plans and strategies
Perform market research and analyze threats and opportunities
Collaborate with, coordinate, and train diverse teams such as marketing and sales
Track, measure, and analyse social Enterprise metrics using KPIs
Manage and track expenditures, financial goals, and budgets
