Duties:
Implement, conduct and document test solutions for software applications
Carry out testing (Agile philosophy & Scrum methodology)
Collaborate with Product/Software Development Teams to analyze and understand application requirements
Contribute to software process improvements to reduce defects and quality issues
Develop, update and maintain test plans, cases, scripts and automation for application testing
Identify, research, and document bugs; suggesting possible resolutions and root causes
Maintain and report product test metrics for all active projects (Inc. code coverage, function coverage, project plans, test cases, and plans
Skillsets/Experience:
Python, Ruby, Java or C++ (more than one)
SQL & RDBMS
Data Structures, Algorithms & Distributed Systems
QA Engineering, Analysis & Testing methodologies & Enterprise SDLCs
SOAP/REST Web Services (XML/JSON) Testing & Automation
Software Project Management & Bug Tracking tools
IDEs for writing codes
Experience validating High-quality consumer-facing applications on fintech & mobile platforms
Experience managing automatic & Manual Testers
