STOCK ADMINISTRATORLOCATION: MWANZAINDUSTRY: FMCGHR World Limited on behalf of our reputable client, we are looking for a Stock Administator to maintain companies' stock inventories to meet business requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
Overseeing stock control and liaising with the warehouse, sales, and finance teams.
Forecasting stock requirements and risks of shortages.
Analysing supply chain data to plan purchases and replenishment.
Conducting inventory audits.
Monitoring budgets, prices, and supplier contracts.
Tracking shipments, delays, and the internal movement of stock.
Ensures compliance with all global tax laws & withholding requirements, and related requirements, and will stay updated on the changing regulatory and payroll tax environment
Generate recurring reports for multiple internal and external corporate partners
Verifying the accuracy of the request, confirming that there are no fraud concerns, and confirming that the client has the shares/money available, if a transfer is being completed
Assist in tracking trends and errors by Operations professionals, and will provide some limited assistance with coaching and feedback
QUALIFICATIONS;
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or similar field
4+ years experience in inventory control and planning in FMCG industry.
Ability to perform a variety of inventory control procedures and practices
Knowledge of Tally and MS Excel is a MUST
