The Store Keeper and parts sales representative is a combined role responsible for boot storekeeping duties as well as sales administration( including, issuing of invoices, a collection of cash and issuing of receipts) of Scania Parts to customers. The duty is both in the parts warehouse and at the parts sales counter in proportion to the actual workload. The position reports to the Parts manager.Essential duties and job responsibilitiesService the customer's requirements by managing the complete parts sales production process from customer inquiry through to competition of the customer invoice including cash collection.Pick and deliver correct parts to the customer on time. if necessary, park the parts and arrange for delivery or pickup.Work together with the workshop to ensure part availability and ensure packaging, service Exchange and warranty parts procedures are adhered to.Receive and inspect all packages delivered, organizing stock take as required.Receive and inspect goods, checking passport documents and incoming goods against the order.Education and/or experienceBachelor's degree in procurement and supply management or related fieldfree 25 years relevant work experience in the same fieldHaving experiences in the motor industry is an advantageKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesEffective sales, negotiation and influencing skillsKnowledge of the Scania product and heavy truck and bus industryGood interpersonal skillsAbility to build and manage key relationships and deliver excellent customer serviceAbility to take initiative and work under pressureEffective time management skills and ability to meet deadlinesAbility to work as part of the team and to work with minimum supervisionApplicationsletters of application, curriculum vitae, copies of relevant certificates testimonials, names and email addresses for three referees should be sent to hr@scaniatz.com so as to be received not later than 3rd April, 2018Scania is an equal opportunities employer and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
