HR World on behalf of our reputable client we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive who has the ability to independently find innovative and creative solutions to create networks, build relationships and find prospective candidates.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to the appropriate job board.
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, aptitudes & culture fit in-depth, using detailed discussions and interviews.
Build and maintain relationships with key networks including candidates, recruiting agencies, and professional bodies.
Organize and participate in key events and activities necessary to build and maintain business networks and leverage them for candidate referrals.
Monitor the current systems and strategies to uncover inefficiencies and suggest ways to improve while bringing fresh new ideas for improvements in capacity building.

*QUALIFICATION*

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any other related field.
3-4 years of experience in Human Resources or as a talent acquisition executive.
Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) and ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc).
Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc).
Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc).
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information. Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
Ability to contribute fresh ideas that will help shape the talent strategy of a fast-growing company.
