TECHNICAL ADVISORINDUSTRY – OIL AND GASHR World on behalf of our reputable client we are looking for a Technical Advisor who will provide assistance in developing and implementing program reviews, advise and share expertise with technicians.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing assistance in developing and implementing program reviews.
Advising and sharing your expertise with Technicians.
Defining and developing applications for technical designs.
Coordinating technical activities.
Supporting team members in their programming activities.
Researching and creating strategic management, operational, and financial plans.
Handle all incoming questions from our customers, providing them with prompt, accurate answers.
Provide efficient troubleshooting support on testing systems.
Participate, and represent the organization as needed.
Provide technical and strategic guidance to projects and initiatives including oversight and management of projects and activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
Demonstrable experience in Information Technology or Computer Science.
Strong knowledge of computer support techniques and procedures.
Customer service experience.
Superior leadership qualities.
Ability to work with minimal supervision or guidance.
