Job Title: Technicians – Installation and Service
Reporting to: Country Technical Manager
Location: TanzaniaPosting Date: January 2, 2019

Available Posts: 03 (2 in Dar, 1 in Arusha)
Key Performance Indicators
Understanding and acting according to customer requirements
Ability to learn and apply efficiency to the business unit through gained experience and training
Ability to follow instructions
Completion of monthly serviced alarms tracking sheet
Essential Duties and Responsibilities, not limited to
Installation of various security systems for customers on a timely and pre-determined schedule
Inspection and maintenance services to all existing customer installations on a timely schedule
Making improvements to and offering advice about operational procedures
Scheduling and coordinating work to tight deadlines
Ensuring that equipment works to its specification
Creating and carrying out test procedures
Investigating problems, diagnosing/repairing faults
Troubleshooting
To remain informed on the latest developments in technology
To support the country Technical Manager as and when required
Person Specification & Experience:
Excellent command of English (Spoken & Written)
Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or Telecom/FTC/Trade Test Grade-1
Seven years of working experience in a similar position with two years of experience in installation of electronic security equipment in a reputed company
Basic understanding of business procedures
Strong technical background on security solutions
Computer operation-in line with job responsibilities in-particular email use, Excel and Word
Knowledge of reporting procedures and platform
Supporting and working with others
Delivering objectives
Integrity and Confidentiality
