Job Summary
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to promote our application, Mobimed, and become part of our vibrant team.
Responsibilities
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about Mobimed
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales and answer towards all requirements prospects might have.
Keep records of all calls and sales and note useful information as well as update the database.
Direct leads to field sales when needed and generally go the extra mile.
Qualification.
Most important you are an excellent communicator and have superior people skills
You are comfortable presenting solutions products of Mobimed over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts
You can learn about our products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
You have excellent knowledge in English and preferable other local vernaculars
You are cool-tempered and can handle potential rejection.
Requirement
At least 2 years of Telesales experience
Previous active sales experience
A relevant diploma or University degree
Excellent computer skills
Fluent in English and local languages
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Loyalty and integrity.
Experience with Health sector sales is an added advantage
