OVERVIEW
DTB Tanzania is expanding its horizons by opening a branch in Singida around October 2019 and the second branch in Zanzibar thereafter. This is a unique opportunity for candidates with the required qualifications to apply for the following positions at DTB Tanzania.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, and Mathematics
Exceptional achiever in extracurricular will be an added advantage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The prime interface between customers and the bank.
Assisting customers with issues relating to their accounts and queries relating to cash transactions
Ensuring effective and efficient customer transactions are handled with the utmost confidentiality
EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
Fresh Graduates
1-year experience in the Banking Industry,
Has a strong service ethic
Build relationships and networks easily
