Training Manager
INDUSTRY: FINANCIAL SERVICES
HR World Limited, on behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit a Training Manager who will be responsible for identifying organizational training needs, designing and implementing effective training programs, and driving employee performance to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify, assess, and continuously monitor training needs across the organization.
Design, plan, and implement training programs, policies, and procedures to address identified skill and performance gaps.
Develop and execute structured training plans aligned with business and performance objectives.
Support the growth, performance, and retention of the sales team through targeted coaching and training initiatives.
Enhance customer satisfaction by improving staff skills, service standards, and product knowledge.
Coordinate internal and external training sessions, including facilitators and training resources.
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and recommend improvements.
Prepare training reports and provide insights and recommendations to management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Education, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in coaching, supervising, managing, or training a team.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
Ability to assess training needs and develop practical learning solutions.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to analyze performance data and prepare comprehensive reports.
Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
