Job Description
Management and development of drivers and transport team.
Management of the scheduling and planning of the transport operation, ensuring vehicle utilization is maximized.
Budget/Cost Management.
Compliance with company and local statutory obligations regarding working time legislation, operator licensing, Health & Safety, and quality.
Ensure effective communication processes are established and maintained for both external/internal customers.
Vendor Relationship Management.
Preparation of KPI's, fleet profile report, and driver debrief.
Operational continuous improvement.
Fleet Management and maintenance.
Qualifications
University Degree.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Transport Management.
Fleet Management.
Risk Management Knowledge.
