Warehouse Manager
Reporting to: Operations Manager
WE'RE HIRING!
We are looking for a confident, highly skilled experienced candidate, familiar with AWMS - advanced warehouse management systems. Must provide support to the warehouse support functions such as IT, Retail stores, planning etc.
Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, records shortages and reports damaged goods.
Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to optimize space utilization and workflow
Supervise and train warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Ensure accuracy in inventory management through regular audits and cycle counts
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate product movement and optimize order fulfillment
Implement safety and security procedures to maintain a safe working environment at the warehouse
Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
Ensuring optimum productivity of the warehouse and meeting set targets
Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance for management review and familiar with Power BI report
Maintaining automated storage and retrieval systems (AWMS)
Planning ROTA and leaves scheduling for the warehouse staff based on priorities.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors/Master's Degree with Supply chain management specialization preferred, or any related field.
Proven 4-5 years' experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role especially in Retail trading or FMCG environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of warehouse and inventory management systems
Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in warehouse operations
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and hands-on exposure to manager inventory stock count periodically.
The ideal candidate should have a proactive approach, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to lead a team to achieve operational excellence in the warehouse
