WAREHOUSE OFFICERINDUSTRY: MANUFACTURINGOn behalf of our reputable client HR World is looking for a Warehouse Officer who will be responsible for Organizing the arrival, storage, issue, and recording of material movements into the factory and in and out of stores while maintaining an accurate stock record of items held in the warehouse.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
Receive, evaluate, process and report discrepancies related to daily requirements
Supervise any actual movement of stock items from the warehouse and ensure no movement is carried out in his/her absence
Be accountable for any un-reported stock discrepancy in the span of control
Maintain updated records of inventory in Bin cards, ERP system, and daily report templates
Ensure stock movement records are filled and kept in a safe place
Supervise cleaning contractors to support in ensuring a clean and tidy warehouse environment
Assist the Warehouse Manager by leading the store's team to deliver planned objectives
Working environment requires that the Ware House Officer and all his/her Team wear PPEs all the time for safety reasons.
Office bound / on-site / travel/ May be required to travel
QUALIFICATIONS;
Degree or Diploma in Clearing and forwarding / Supply chain or any other related fields
Professional registration with (PSPTB).
General work experience of 3 Years in the Manufacturing Sector
