Web and Graphics Designer

HR World Ltd on behalf of our client, we are looking for a Web and Graphic Designer who will take pride in creating beautiful and user-friendly designs. The Web and Graphic Designer will also be responsible in designing creative content for online campaigns, social media pages, print ads, websites, and videos.

Responsibilities

Design and create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various digital and print media, including websites, mobile applications, social media, marketing collateral, and presentations.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing professionals, to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional design solutions.
Conceptualize and develop design concepts, wireframes, and mock-ups, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and design principles.
Develop and maintain websites; create graphic elements and design layouts for web pages, including icon and button design.
Create and edit graphics, icons, info graphics, and other visual elements to enhance user experience and communicate complex ideas effectively.
Develop and maintain a library of design assets, templates, and style guides for consistent branding across different platforms and channels.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and recommend innovative design approaches to improve the overall user experience.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights and optimize designs based on user feedback.
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs (UI/UX), providing necessary assets and specifications.


Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or any other related field.
Proven work experience as a Graphics Designer, preferably in a technology-driven environment
Proficiency in industry-standard design software
Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Solid knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices for web and mobile interfaces.
Familiarity with responsive design and the ability to create designs optimized for multiple screen sizes.
