INDUSTRY: AUTOMOTIVE
HR World Limited, on behalf of our client, we are seeking for a Workshop Manager who will be the backbone of operational success, overseeing daily activities to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality output. The role involves maintaining a well-organized and smoothly functioning workshop environment by managing a team, optimizing workflows, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a team of technicians and support staff.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Develop and implement efficient workflow processes.
Ensure timely completion of projects and assignments.
Monitor and optimize resource allocation.
Implement and enforce quality control measures.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets the highest standards.
Address and resolve any quality issues promptly.
Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding project updates and specifications.
Manage client expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Oversee inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Engineering, Operations Management, or any related field.
Proven experience in workshop or operations management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Familiarity with workshop equipment and processes.
Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
