Workshop Manager
Location: Kurasini Yard, Dar es Salaam

Bravo Group is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to lead the maintenance and repair of our diverse fleet (trucks, trailers, forklifts, reach-stackers, generators, and plant equipment). The role is responsible for ensuring maximum fleet availability, technical quality, safety compliance, and cost efficiency across operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee preventive & predictive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.
Ensure technical quality, roadworthiness, and OEM standards.
Manage fleet availability, downtime reduction, and maintenance costs.
Enforce HSE standards, regulatory compliance, and workshop governance.
Control spares inventory, tooling, vendors, and budgets.
Lead and develop a high-performance team of supervisors and technicians.
Drive continuous improvement in reliability, safety, and efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or related field.
7-10+ years' experience in heavy-duty fleet/plant maintenance, with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of CMMS/ERP systems, diagnostics, and spares management.
Proven track record in improving fleet availability, safety, and cost performance.
