ZONAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE

LOCATION: DAR ES SALAAM, ARUSHA AND MWANZA
HR World Limited, on behalf of our client, is seeking an ambitious and highly-skilled candidate responsible for promoting and selling fuel products to commercial clients, including businesses in the transportation, industrial, and manufacturing sectors.

Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new commercial customers for fuel products (diesel, petrol, etc.).
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their fuel requirements and providing tailored solutions.
Ensure prompt responses to customer inquiries and resolution of service/product issues.
Develop a sales plan (in collaboration with the Commercial Sales Manager) focusing on business growth and market penetration.
Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
Conduct market research to stay informed on competitor activities, customer preferences, and industry trends.
Ensure all fuel sales activities comply with relevant regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, technical support, customer service) to ensure timely delivery and high-quality service.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a Sales representative (preferably in commercial fuels or related industries).
Understanding of commercial fuels, fuel pricing dynamics, and storage/handling procedures (advantageous).
Ability to effectively manage multiple clients and projects across a large geographic area.
