DUKA LA TAIFA TRADING COMPANY LIMITED is seeking a skilled and experienced IT professional for the position of Afisa Tehama. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of all company IT systems, including computer networks, office equipment, information security, and technical support for the entire company team.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and ensure the availability of internet and office computer services
Perform regular maintenance of IT equipment (computers, printers, CCTV, scanners, etc.)
Manage information systems (databases, backups, software)
Manage company information security (data protection & system security)
Provide technical support to other employees
Manage the company website and assist the marketing team with digital platforms
Participate in improvements to the internal operating system (POS, inventory systems, etc.)
Applicant Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
At least 1-2 years of experience in IT support or system administration
Experience using and managing POS systems, databases, or inventory software is an advantage
Understanding of IT security issues, networking (LAN/WAN), and troubleshooting
Experience handling CCTV, printers, and other office equipment
Attention to detail, ability to solve problems quickly, and work independently
Understanding of the use of technology to support business (Digital transformation)
