We are committed to growth and are looking for individuals who share our vision and dedication.Chief Credit Officer (CCO) - 1 PostThe Chief Credit Officer (CCO) will report directly to the Managing Director and will be instrumental in overseeing credit risk, ensuring portfolio quality, managing credit analysis, administration, recovery processes, and maintaining compliance with both internal policies and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:Provide strategic leadership and comprehensive oversight of the credit function, ensuring strict adherence to Microfinance Regulations.Develop, implement, and rigorously enforce credit policies, robust underwriting standards, and effective portfolio quality control measures.Oversee all aspects of credit appraisal, loan approvals, loan portfolio performance, collections, and recovery operations.Manage digital lending platforms and a diverse array of loan financing products, including microfinance, SME loans, retail loans, and secured lending.Monitor portfolio risk comprehensively, including PAR (Portfolio at Risk), NPLs (Non-Performing Loans), provisioning, and regulatory reporting.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in finance, Banking, Economics, Accounting, or related fieldMaster’s degree or professional qualification (CPA/ CFA) is an added advantageMinimum 10 (Ten) years’ experience in credit management, with at least five (5) years in senior management levelProven experience in regulated microfinance and digital lending operationsHow to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to submit their application and Curriculum Vitae (CV) to:Managing Director, Victoria Finance Plc P.O Box 12102 Mwanga Tower Building New Bagamoyo road, Kijitonyama Dar es Salaam.Email: info@victoriafinance.co.tzApplication Deadline: 15th April 2026We look forward to receiving your applications and welcoming new talent to our dynamic team!
