Depot Manager
We are seeking a Depot Manager to oversee and manage the smooth operations of our depot, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and excellent service delivery.
Key Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field. At least 5 years of relevant experience in depot/warehouse/logistics management in a busy manufacturing or FMCG environment.
Strong knowledge of stock management systems, dispatch operations, and regulatory compliance.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Key Competencies

Oversee daily depot operations including production planning, warehouse management, logistics, and dispatch.
Supervise production schedules to meet customer demands while minimizing downtime.
Ensure accurate documentation of stock, dispatch, and delivery processes.
Implement strong stock management controls, conduct reconciliations, and prevent losses. Optimize logistics, vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and delivery scheduling.
Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team, ensuring performance and compliance. Enforce adherence to company policies, SOPs, and safety regulations.
Prepare operational reports and liaise with finance, sales, procurement, and logistics teams.
