BRAC TANZANIA FINANCE LIMITED (BTFL) is the largest Microfinance organization in Tanzania with a mission to responsibly provide a range of financial services to people at the bottom of the pyramid. We particularly focus on women living in poverty in rural and hard-to-reach areas to create self-employment opportunities, build financial resilience, and harness women’s entrepreneurial spirit by empowering them economically. BRAC Tanzania Finance LTD is seeking applications from competent, dynamic and self-motivated individuals to fill up the following position.
Job Location: Head Office, Dar es Salaam
Responsibilities
Responsible for sophisticated driving of vehicle.
To keep coordination with Operations Manager for visit schedule.
Responsible for preparing fuel requisition, material indents for vehicle repairing
Responsible for preservations and logbook meter reading properly
Responsible for cleaning vehicles on a daily and weekly basis
Hand over vehicle keys to the officer after finishing driving
Ensure proper parking all vehicles on the office premises
Ensure vehicle Insurance and driving license validation
Any other duty that may be assigned.
Safeguarding Responsibilities:
Read, understand, practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Requirements
Driving certificate from recognized institute. Certificate from NIT will be an added advantage
Must not be older than 40 years old
Skills and Competencies
Great professional driving skills
Understanding of motor vehicle functionality
Fluent in English and Swahili Language
Fuel management skills
Exceptional knowledge of traffic laws and regulation
Familiarity with vehicle maintenance
Capable working under high pressure
Customer service
Time management skills
Physical strength
Employment Type: Contractual
