Qualifications
Holder of degree in human resource management, public, administration or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Experience
Minimum of three years of relevant experience and must have relevant knowledge in computer applications
Duties and responsibilities
i. To assist in the annual and semi-annual staff performance appraisal programs to employees;
ii. Analyzing staff performance and career progression and making appropriate recommendations;
iii. Assist in updating the existing rules and regulations and adapting them to the changing environment including the related statutes and management structures;
iv. Supervising, guiding, counseling, mentoring, identification of training needs and recommending training and development programs for officers in the department;
v. Maintain a list of potential training institutions in line to the current and future training and development programs; and
vi. To carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the supervisor.
