Manager, Tax & Compliance

INDUSTRY: AUDITING

HR World Limited, on behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit a Manager, Tax & Compliance responsible for ensuring all tax and compliance matters for both the organization and its clients are handled efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage all tax-related matters and documentation for both clients and the organization.
Supervise, allocate, and monitor tasks among team members to ensure timely delivery.
Oversee VAT refunds, tax compliance processes, audits, examinations, and objections.
Manage and review transfer pricing documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
Interpret and apply relevant tax laws and regulations effectively.
Provide guidance and support to internal teams on tax-related matters.
Conduct and participate in internal training sessions to enhance team knowledge.
Attend and contribute to committee meetings where required.
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all tax and compliance activities.
Perform any other tax and compliance duties as assigned by management.


QUALIFICATIONS:

Postgraduate Degree or Advanced Diploma in Tax Management, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in tax and compliance roles, preferably within auditing or professional services.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with tax and compliance automation tools and systems.
Strong understanding of tax laws and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
