Store and Warehouse Officer
HR World Ltd on behalf of our client, we are looking for a Store and Warehouse Officer who will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a safe working environment for operations continues improvement and workshop
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate stock levels of raw materials, tools, consumables, PPEs etc.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations and record through Odoo system or google sheet.
Ensure proper loading of materials to construction site and manage construction site stock inward properly
Conduct Monthly stock taking excise
Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials.
Ensure proper material and products labeling, stacking, and storage to prevent damage and loss.
Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety in the warehouse area.
Maintain records of GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), Delivery notes, Invoices, and Gate Passes, and bin cards.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management review.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Implement proper handling of hazardous or sensitive materials.
Adhere to good manufacturing practice guideline/policies
Lead warehouse staff including storekeepers, helpers, loaders, and off loaders etc.
Conduct training and performance evaluations for the team members (when applicable).
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Business administration with Procurement and Supply Chain.
Accounting knowledge is highly preferred.
Professional certifications in Warehouse/Store, Materials Management or equivalent
2-3 years working experience in Manufacturing, constructions, FMG, s industries is a MUST
Experience working with Materials ERP systems like SAP, Odoo etc. is a plus.
