Responsibilities
- Scheduling all jobs briefed (input) into the agency, link between creative, digital, strategy, client service, and production departments.
- Project managing.
- Ensuring timeouts and quality delivery (output) on each project.
- Scheduling work, setting deadlines and assigning the resources for constant optimal innovative creative work.
- Monitoring and chasing jobs progress.
- Keeping the workflow flowing efficiently, all on time and on budget amongst other duties
Academic qualifications
Essential
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising or any other Business related field
Work experience & skills
Essential
- 4 years of Experience in Managing Traffic.
- Highly focused, Organised and attention to detail
- Have excellent communication and Interpersonal Skills
