General Manager - Elephanto Hotel

Position: General Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • To Develop and implement the hotel’s strategic plans, goals, and performance targets.

  • To Ensure alignment with brand standards and international best practices.

  • To Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and revenue management.

  • To Monitor key performance indicators (e.g., occupancy rates, RevPAR, cost control).

  • Supervise all hotel departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Spa, and Maintenance.

  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and personalized service delivery.

  • Lead recruitment, training, and retention of high-quality staff.

  • Oversee staff performance management and succession planning.

  • Ensure adherence to professional standards, grooming, and etiquette.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • Minimum of 4+ years of progressive experience in hotel management.

  • Proven experience in managing luxury or five-star hotel operations.

  • Strong leadership, financial, and strategic management skills.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

Working Conditions

  • Full-time executive role with extended working hours as required.

  • High level of interaction with customers, staff, and stakeholders.

  • Fast-paced, high-pressure luxury hospitality environment.
