Collections Manager

Overview

We are looking for a committed Collections Manager that will drive our collections department with new strategies, account management, target oriented to handle our Debt Collection unit.

Key Responsibility

• Supervise collections department to ensure daily/weekly and monthly targets are met
• Attend meetings with clients and Management to discuss on the progress of their collections and Conducts regular and daily collections meetings within the department
• Preparing and sending of daily/weekly and monthly reports to clients.

Qualifications

• An applicant should have a degree in Business Management or any other related field.
• An applicant should have Strong communication & Negotiation skills, and Excellent Reporting skills

Experience

• At least two years of experience in related field
