M/S Meru Agro-Tours & Consultants Co. Ltd (MATCC) is a local private company based in Arusha that specializes in Agricultural inputs business. The company deals with multiplication and distribution of agro seeds; importation and distribution of agrochemicals and provision of technical advisory services on farm input use and management. In addition, the company conducts agricultural research in collaboration with national, regional and international research institutes.

In its bid to implement its business development strategies, the company is looking for self-driving candidates to fill the following vacancies:

Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Manager (1 Post)

Location: Arusha HQ

Duties & Responsibilities

• Shall conduct performance tracking and verification for all field staff.
• Verify reported activities and crosscheck to ensure they are done on time and as per company standards.
• Ensure sales and marketing data are accurate, timely, and submitted correctly as per reporting schedules.
• Identify gaps and train staff, as well as advise management on appropriate measures to be taken.

Minimum Qualifications/Job Specification

• At least a Bachelor's degree and must have attended a Monitoring and Evaluation course.
• Proficiency in office software and data analysis applications.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an M&E related role.
