COMMERCIAL MANAGER
INDUSTRY: AUTOMOTIVE
On behalf of our reputable client HR WORLD LTD, is looking for a Commercial Manager, who will be responsible for overseeing business growth efforts on behalf of the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Planning and directing the company’s marketing efforts to ensure brand exposure in target markets.
• Evaluating the performance of salespeople and making hiring and firing decisions based on their results
• Ensuring that all aspects of the business are complying with local, state, and federal laws
• Preparing budgets, cost estimates, and other financial documents to support proposed projects
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote products or services associations to introduce new products or services or gain new customers
• Conducting training programs to help employees develop the skills they need to succeed in their jobs
• Reviewing sales reports to monitor progress towards goals and identify areas for improvement
• Designing and implementing incentive programs to encourage good performance and increase sales.
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS;

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Commercial Manager
• Experienced in Truck, Construction equipment, Cargo equipment, and Agro equipment are a plus.
• Basic Technical knowledge is valued.
• Must be a strategic thinker and a have strong negotiation skills.
