MUST DO
- As the most senior executive in the country, the General Manager is responsible for setting the strategic vision for the local organization aligned with the company mission and goals;
- Responsible for managing the local team in order to ensure the delivery of the agreed (financial and non-financial) goals;
Assure the control and delivery of the Profit & Loss agreed targets of the business unit; - Taking control of the current and long-range objectives and setting of the adequate product and service sales and marketing plans for future developments;
- Representation of the Company and its values in its relationships with major customers, suppliers, and competitors;
- Execution of the above functions in accordance with the general policies of the Company.
MUST HAVE
- University degree (MBA preferable);
- Background of New Media industry with
- 8 10 years’ experience, in Telco, IT or mobile marketing companies;
- Wide range experience in managing large teams;
- Previous experience in a multinational environment is considered plus;
- Ability to work autonomously with team members in other countries;
- Business negotiation and communication skills;
- Ability to work under pressure;
