Key Responsibilities

• Leading and managing the HR function across the Group of Companies.

• Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the Group's business objectives.

• Partnering with management and business leaders to support organizational growth and performance.

• Managing recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, Law, or a related field.

• Strong experience in HR leadership, preferably at Group, corporate, or multi-business level.
