OVERVIEW

HR Solutions is a recruitment agency and is currently inviting applications from suitable and qualified candidates for a position of HATCHERY MANAGER on behalf of our client.

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Implementation of Hatcheries strategies ensuring that the hatcheries are run in the most efficient manner possible. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, Hatcheries Manager key focus areas are as follows:

KEY RESULT AREAS (KRA’s):

1. Achievements of Hatchability targets
2. The accuracy of forecasts.

EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND NEEDED

• A Diploma or Higher National Diploma in Electrical /OR Mechanical Engineering
• A minimum of 5 years experience managing a factory.
