We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join Insignia Paints Ltd. This role involves partnering with plant leadership to drive people strategies that enhance productivity, ensure compliance, foster capability building, and promote operational excellence within our manufacturing facility.

Requirements

• MBA/PGDM in HR
• 8-12 years of HR experience
• 5-8 years of HR experience in a manufacturing/plant environment
• Experience in paints, chemicals, or FMCG manufacturing is preferred
• Strong HR operations, compliance & stakeholder management skills
• Excellent MS Excel skills are mandatory
