Human Resources Officer

HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER
LOCATION: MAFINGA
HR World Limited on behalf of our reputable client we are looking for a Human Resource Officer who will be responsible for ensuring that a workforce is able to perform optimally, ensuring that there sufficient people are recruited, retained, trained and supported to fulfill the organization’s goals and commitments

RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
• Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
• Monitoring employee performance.
• Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
• Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
• Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
• Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
• Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
• Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
• Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
• Good understanding of government compliance and regulations.
  
  

REQUIREMENTS;

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resources
• A good understanding of the Tanzania Labor laws
• Experience with HRIS and BSCI audit.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
