MAINTENANCE MANAGER
INDUSTRY: REAL ESTATE
HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, We are looking for a reliable Maintenance Manager to oversee all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of the company’s facilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for Operations Management, Maintenance, Security and Housekeeping.
• Planning and Budgeting
• Responsible for short and long-term planning and organizational goals for property maintenance.
• Prepares Departmental Forecasts and budgets to control the Payroll and Controllable.
• Provides proper guidance to all supervisory personnel in both Instructional and correctional roles.
• Develop standards of quality efficiency, and productivity.
• Evaluates all department personnel.
• Co-ordinate activities with other Property Managers of respective tower to maximize overall revenues and profits.
• Manages planned maintenance for all physical facilities and assets.
• Guarantees a certain level of service will be maintained consistently.
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering is required
• 5 years experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
• Detail oriented and organized
• Proficient computer skills in spreadsheets; databases and word processing
• Self-motivated, results orientated, and excellent personal skills
