MAINTENANCE MANAGER
INDUSTRY: REAL ESTATE
HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, We are looking for a reliable Maintenance Manager to oversee all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of the company’s facilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for Operations Management, Maintenance, Security and Housekeeping.
- Planning and Budgeting
- Responsible for short and long-term planning and organizational goals for property maintenance.
- Prepares Departmental Forecasts and budgets to control the Payroll and Controllable.
- Provides proper guidance to all supervisory personnel in both Instructional and correctional roles.
- Develop standards of quality efficiency, and productivity.
- Evaluates all department personnel.
- Co-ordinate activities with other Property Managers of respective tower to maximize overall revenues and profits.
- Manages planned maintenance for all physical facilities and assets.
- Guarantees a certain level of service will be maintained consistently.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering is required
- 5 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Detail oriented and organized
- Proficient computer skills in spreadsheets; databases and word processing
- Self-motivated, results orientated, and excellent personal skills
